Similar to Tiff and Amy's agreement, Luke requires us to stop at each and every carnival, fair, or festival that contains a Ferris Wheel (or "fee-wiss wee-ew"). This means that even if it's cold and drizzly and in the parking lot of a decrepit K-Mart, you gotta do it. Still, it's a very fun rule.
